Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions within apply to all services and products performed by Get Printed! Pty Ltd and all other subsidiaries of Get Printed! Pty Ltd including but not limited to it’s agents and employees.

Please note that printing orders placed online on this website require the submission of complete, " Press Ready" electronic artwork set up in accordance with the specifications as detailed on our Artwork Preparation page.

Any artwork submitted in an incomplete state will require a re-quotation and the print prices indicated for the product will not apply.

Prices shown are in Australian dollars, includes Printing, GST, and File Download. Freight is only included if specified. Freight discount may apply for multiple orders. Artwork, Non- Standard PMS colours and raised print set up fees are extra.

Any reference to the ‘client’ will be taken to refer to the client, it’s agents and or it’s employees.

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that these prices are correct at the time of writing and or publication, Get Printed! Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust the prices in accordance with it’s current pricing structures at anytime and without notice.

Design, delivery charges, file downloading, film, plates and other related charges may incur additional charges unless otherwise stated or agreed to in writing.

We require a signed proof by a representative of the client of all artwork to be faxed or emailed to our office prior to any work commencing.

Whilst all care will be taken in checking the clients files for errors that may reduce the quality of the clients job, Get Printed! Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for files that are not print ready.

Unless otherwise specified by Get Printed! Pty Ltd, all products are printed with a full colour CMYK process and, as with any full colour work, colour matching is not guaranteed.

Please note that through the full colour print process print colour may vary from print to print,  stock to stock, front to back, and first product of the run to the last product of the run. There is additional costs if exact colour matching is required and this may not be achievable on some of the product lines.

All artwork must comply with the full artwork specifications which can be requested from Get Printed! Pty Ltd or viewed on Get Prtinted! Pty Ltd’s website.

Get Printed! Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any prints jobs, products, services and or work that are delayed due to situations that are beyond it’s reasonable control and/or have been delayed by the actions of the client.  

Payment is required prior to commencement of all work and or products ordered online.*

If file correction and or conversation is required for any material forwarded by the client a fee of $110 per hour will be applied in 15 minute increments.

The client warrants and indemnifies Get Printed! Pty Ltd that it has copyright in or a licence to authorise the reproduction and or publication of all ‘Works’ including literary, dramatic, musical or other creative work supplied by it to Get Printed! Pty Ltd  for the purposes of supplying the services and or products required to and by the client.

The client additionally licences Get Printed! Pty Ltd to use the works in it’s own promotional materials to depict the quality and or range of it’s services and or products unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

The client indemnifies and will keep Get Printed! Pty Ltd indemnified against any liability, loss or expense suffered by Get Printed Pty Ltd directly or indirectly as a result of any use of the works used by Get Printed! Pty Ltd in the performance and or supply of any services and or products to the client.

Returns & Refunds

The client agrees to mark on the delivery docket and notify Get Printed! of any deficiency in quantity of product delivered or transportation damage as at the time of delivery,  immediately upon receipt. Acknowledgement of the delivery shall be deemed to be acceptance of the quantities as set out by the invoice and that the product has not suffered from transportation damage.

Get Printed Pty Ltd will make good at its option by repair or replacement any articles sold by it which, within 1 month after delivery, are shown to the Company's satisfaction to have been, at the time of delivery, defective where such defect is solely attributable to defective workmanship, materials or manufacture provided that:

  1. Damage is noted on the delivery docket, and Get Printed! is immediately notified of damage or defects upon detection; and
  2. No defect is caused by willful damage, negligence, incorrect storage or application, incorrect use, movement, installation or assembly, after delivery, or defects caused by fair wear and tear; and
  3. If requested, the goods are returned to Get Printed! within one month of the discovery of the defect.

*Credit to approved clients only and in some circumstances advance payment in full may be requested for new clients and for specific jobs and work. Should the clients account exceed our trading terms, we reserve the right to apply a penalty fee of 15% of the outstanding value and any other charges that may be incurred by Get Printed! Pty Ltd as a result of late payment. In the circumstance the clients account is forwarded to an agency and or solicitor for further action/s all collection costs including commissions, fees and any out of pocket expenses will be borne by the client.
